Are other recruitment agencies allowed to register with SYRGRADUATE?

No. SYRGRADUATE does not accept the registration of other recruitment agencies. SYRGRADUATE operates in a completely different way to traditional recruitment agencies and does not wish to share its development, methodology and uniqueness with them. Any

Is there a limit related to the number of people I may recruit through SYRGRADUATE?

No. The Registration Fee is a single payment covering a twelve months period. SYRGRADUATE does not use the number of individuals recruited as part of a mechanism with which to charge clients.

Can a candidate prevent a specific employer from viewing their profile?

No. Candidates accept that the AVRP they submitted will be viewed by any employer that purchases a registration to view an MBA in which they are included.

Can an employer cancel their account and collect a refund for any time outstanding?

Cancellation takes effect immediately. However payments are non-refundable as stated in the SYRGRADUATE terms and conditions.

In what way does SYRGRADUATE offer a better mechanism for employers to forecast recruitment costs in the future?

SYRGRADUATE uses a set-fee structure that does not rely on the number of individuals recruited per annum, nor on any percentage of a salary tied in with an occupation. SYRGRADUATE is therefore free of the significant financial influences likely to impact on these two variables adopted by other recruitment agencies. Additionally, as an international company the SYRGRADUATE set-fee structure makes it possible to maintain, courtesy of sheer weight of numbers, a predicted inflation increase maximising between 2 and 3% per annum. This small percentage increase will be reflected in its annual fees, but should never appear more than a nominal amount.
